For more than 15 years, Desire to Inspire Community Outreach (formerly DTI Ministries Inc.) has served as a catalyst empowering individuals to overcome life’s challenges through community-based programs. Since becoming a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in 2016, we have impacted thousands of families, and now we are ready to grow even further.
Founded in 2009 by Ms. Olivia Fields, the organization began during a time of personal hardship while Ms. Fields was homeless with her infant daughter and sharing community resources with other women in a shelter. What started as grassroots support has grown into a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to empowering individuals, strengthening families, and uplifting communities.
We are seeking Board Members, Volunteers, and Community Partners who are passionate about leadership, service, and community impact.
